Dr. David Bozward is a serial technology entrepreneur, educator, mentor and authority on international youth entrepreneurship and education with over 20 years entrepreneurial business experience.

David is currently strategic lead for Entrepreneurship within Worcester Business School, developing an inclusive environment for developing entrepreneurs and growing businesses. He is Programme Leader for BA Entrepreneurship, a three year degree which develops the student as an entrepreneur, a business owner and also a responsible leader. He also organises extra curricular activities supporting student entrepreneurship across the university.

Since joining the University of Worcester, David has evolved the entrepreneurship curriculum, developing new degree programmes, course pathways and business incubation for students and graduates. David teaches on a range of Entrepreneurship modules throughout the University. He inspires students across numerous disciplines with thought provoking, insightful and instantly usable techniques. David stimulates students to understand the implementation of entrepreneurship forging together theory and practice through work based learning and external stakeholder interactions.

In the last year he has developed a portfolio of open education resources in collaboration with Beijing Foreign Studies University, which provides case studies and digital learning material for the entrepreneurship curriculum. His research interests includes entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial networks.

Before joining the University, through national entrepreneurship campaigns, he has developed a network of student led Enterprise Societies, which covers over 200 UK education institutions with a membership of over 40,000 students. He has also worked with students and educators in over 114 institutions, providing unique consultancy on extra-curricular enterprise skills development.

An international thought leader in developing youth entrepreneurship, David has advised the UK Governments, is an expert at the European Commission, Directorate General Education and Culture and has led discussions in the UK, EU and China. In 2016 he was named as one of the UK’s top 100 ‘Maserati ‘ entrepreneurs.
