The Centre for People at Work is a research and consultancy centre located within Worcester Business School with expertise in human resources and occupational psychology. Our experienced researchers and consultants work with organisations across the private, public and third sector to add value through an evidence-based and multi-disciplinary perspective on people at work issues.

Our Mission

“We provide a responsive and needs-led consultancy service to external requests for advice on issues related to people at work.

We produce academically credible research and research-related consultancy which is disseminated through conference papers, reports and journal articles.

We enhance learning and teaching through the application of research and case studies in addition to providing students with opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate project-based work including funded PhD studentships.”
