Simon Bicknell

Simon has been working at the University of Worcester since 2011. He trained as a PE teacher and after graduating, worked in both Primary and Secondary schools, Further Education colleges and three other universities. Simon has continued to study during his career, completing a Master of Science degree and a Master of Arts degree. He is currently completing his PhD study at the University of Chester. Simon enjoys being involved in a range of sports and activities, which has included archery, sailing, golf and marathon running; he finished second junior in the 1988 New York City marathon in a time of 2 hours 52 minutes.
