Whatever means you chose to contact us, we will normally get back to you within 48 hours.  It is helpful if you are able to tell us when you are free of lecture/work commitments, so that we can try to offer you an appointment which avoids those times.

We normally try to offer an appointment within five working days, but at times of high demand you may have to wait longer.  We will tell you if this is the case, and give you an idea of the approximate waiting time.

In an emergency or a crisis situation, we are normally able to offer an appointment within 24 hours.
