Gina packed a lot into her three year degree.
She took on the role of a Student Academic Representative (StAR) for the Business School which, as well as acting as a communication channel between staff and students, also enabled her to obtain experience of attending and speaking at business meetings and committees. During her final year she also achieved the Worcester Award - a scheme which recognises a range of activities and experiences both within and outside assessed coursework, which can contribute towards future employability. Her final accolade was to win ‘UK intern of the year’ during a summer placement at PepsiCo.
“During my degree, I obtained a range of employability experience and credentials which helped me get a full-time job working for PepsiCo when I graduated. I work in business development, working with and focusing upon Walkers, Tropicana and Quaker accounts. I deal with a client base of over 250 which includes workplaces, retail outlets, big stores, cash and carrys and more.”
