The Airport Collection Service is free for all new international students who are travelling alone and staying in University of Worcester owned/managed accommodation.

It is important to use the actual arrival day, as shown on your airline ticket or booking confirmation

Accommodation

This service is only for new international students arriving for the first time in Worcester. If you need to change your booking please complete another form with up to date details. This must be done at least 48 hours before departure. If you have any questions about the airport collection service please email: InternationalStudentCoaches@worc.ac.uk . Once you have submitted this form, you will be emailed to let you know your place has been reserved and the time of the nearest coach departure and the terminal.
