The Worcester Award

The Worcester Award

What is the Worcester Award?

The Worcester Award is an employability award run by the Careers & Employability team.

It allows you to record extra activities you engage in during your time at the University of Worcester, and encourages you to reflect upon how these activities can help to improve your future employability. Gaining the Worcester Award will make you stand out from the crowd.

Last year, over 250 students completed the Worcester Award, including 119 Gold Award winners. To get started on the Worcester Award you will need to register via a link on this page, which will go live in October. You will also need to collect a log book from firstpoint (Peirson Study & Guidance Centre, St. John's Campus). The deadline for handing in completed log books at firstpoint is 13th April 2018. You are advised to hand it in well in advance if you are aiming for the Gold Award.

If you have any queries, please email worcesteraward@worc.ac.uk or call 01905 855354.

The Worcester Award has three levels: Bronze; Silver; Gold. You can decide if you want to go for the Silver and/or Gold levels of the award.
